Kanata

Description

One of Ottawa’s largest suburbs, Kanata is about 22 kilometers southwest of the downtown core. Kanata is located to the west of Nepean, to the east of Stittsville, and borders the Greenbelt. Home to 70,000 Ottawa residents and growing, this planned community is a hi-tech centre. A huge landmark in Kanata is the Canadian Tire Centre (formerly known as Scotiabank Place) – the arena is home to the Ottawa Senators hockey team. This suburb is the perfect place to live, for work and for play!
