Craig Henry, Estates of Arlington Woods and Manordale communities cover a good sized area in Nepean. Bounded by the CN track to the North, Woodroffe Avenue to the East, Greenbank to the West and Huntclub to the North, this community has something for everyone.

With approximately 9000 residents, this community has a quite diverse population. The area has an active community association known as The Manordale Woodvale Association which includes Craig Henry and the Estates of Arlington Woods. The residents of this community enjoy a wide range of housing types, from apartments to large luxury singles, town home and semi-detached.

Places of Worship from churches to synagogues are also available to residents within the community.

There is a very long stretch of open area that includes a bike path, which runs the length of the community. This provides plenty of opportunity for outdoor recreation, whether taking a run or learning to ride a bike. This area is also connecting to the Bruce Pit and Tanglewood. Craig Henry has a great park with a very active Tennis Club, located at 135 Craig Henry Drive. There are several other parks in the area including Charing Park, which is in the middle of the neighbourhood. It’s a good sized park with the only area toboggan hill. Craig Henry Park has the community’s largest play structure for the kids, and Manordale Park has a skating rink complete with boards for the beginner. The park also boasts baseball diamonds and has a community building and a fire hall.

Another hotspot for recreation in this community is the Superdome, located at 191 Knoxdale Road, near the intersection of Huntclub/Greenbank. Here you will find plenty of recreational activities from indoor soccer and golf to outdoor sporting activities.

OC Transpo provides service in the area, mainly the 172 bus that runs through Craig Henry Drive, connecting to Bayshore Shopping Centre. The community is also close to one of the city’s biggest transit stations at Baseline Rd.

Enjoy local shopping at Greenbank Square Shopping Centre, where you will find many shops and services for all of your needs.
