When you put your home up for sale what do you expect?

I expect someone who knows the market where my home is located so the house will sell for what its value is.

Lindsey, one of the team members, is an interior styling designer and she came to our home and helped Marianne set up her house so it looked its very best. At first Marianne was a little put out as she also considers herself good at design, but she paid the designer the highest form of compliment. She hired her to help giver her some ideas on how to stage her new home.

Sarah will spend time helping you find a home if you don't have one. We had already purchased a new home but this girl was so good we recommended her to others looking for a home and they are also raving about her.

Karen's assistant, Amanda, was always very good at getting to us promptly when someone was coming to look at our home, and not sure what kind of marketing they did but we sure had a lot of potential buyers come through our door.

I have wanted to write to your team for some time to thank you all for the attention you gave to helping us sell our country home!

Moving to the city from the country was difficult but we had never anticipated how long it would take to sell our home. Our first realtor we felt should be local.
