Ottawa resale market experiences best September on record
The September stats are out. Here are the 3 key details to keep in mind:
- 1,244 residential properties were sold in September (the highest number on record), compared to 1,131 in September 2014.
- The average sale price of a residential-class property sold in September was $385,142, and the majority of Ottawa buyers continue to buy properties in the $300,000 to $400,000 price range.
- The average cumulative days on market was 93 days.
