MARCH RESALES IN OTTAWA ROAR OUT LIKE A LION
The March stats are out. Here are the 3 key details to keep in mind:
- 1485 residential properties were sold in March, compared with 1160 in March 2016, an increase of 28%. The five-year average for March sales is 1240.
- The average sale price of a residential-class property sold in March in the Ottawa area was $415,467 an increase of 5.3% over March 2016.
- The average sale price for a condominium-class property sold in March in the Ottawa area was $272,597, an increase of 5.3% over March 2016.
