October Home Buyers weren’t spooked by election results

The October stats are out. Here are the 3 key details to keep in mind:

  2. The average sale price of a residential-class property sold in October was $380,075, and the majority of Ottawa buyers continue to buy properties in the $300,000 to $400,000 price range, although there were a “good number” of sales in the $500,000 to $750,000 price range.
  3. The average cumulative days on market was 86 days, down from 93 days in September.
